Sliced tomatoes, sliced aubergine (eggplant, for the linguistically handicapped) into a slightly oiled oven dish. Some mozzarella on top. 25 min at 180 C.
Currently I am working and living in Zürich, Switzerland. Two kids, a wife and a lot of varied interests keep me busy most of the time.
When I have some time, and if I have something interesting to say, I'll try to blog -- with the main topics being my community garden/allotment and our old 'farm' in France.
